'Thank' System

I'm on a PC forum where people can 'thank' peoples posts.

I think it would be a great idea because could get a guage of who was quite helpful on the forum. Vital when it comes to modders. If you saw that they had lots of thanks you knew they were a trusted source.

It's also helpful because if people were having issues and someone posted a fix you could once again gauge who helped a lot so you knew that their advice was solid.

Yeah rep is good but thanks is easier.
With rep you only get a message like 'he is known to all'

I'll think about it. Unfortunately showthread loading is the slowest part of the forum, adding queries to that (this) page is something I'd prefer to avoid (the buttons and all edits I have made do far do not add any).
