How do you register a copy of rF1?

I'm thinking of purchasing a used copy of rF1. Can I still register a copy if it has already been registered on another PC?

There are two versions available: one downloaded from www, it require registration in Trymedia system with key numbers you got after purchase. Second one is DVD box release (in various countries) and is not protected in other way than by some CD protection systems (as far as I know)

In the first case you have to re-register any time you are installing. There are some exceptions but usually these don't work while moving between computer. In that case very important is to have your licence key registered to your email. Without it you will not be able to authorize against Trymedia system
