White (Opaque) head lamp

Cars affected:
- Megane
- Nissan 370Z GT4

The headlamps/headlights are opaque white. Nissan GT-R GT1 headlights are fine, but looks like a bitmap instead of 3d model.

This bug happens on all levels of Player Detail and Opponent Detail.

+ 1, the tail lights look awful aswell, I don't ISI's engine can render lights very well.

This opaque problem also affects Renault Formula 3.5 small windshield.

It looks like the issue is related with changes from B68/69 as with B49 headlights were OK.
