Thread: No visible AI cars in practice sessions

No visible AI cars in practice sessions

Not sure if this is a settings issue or a bug. In practice AI cars are not visible.

There will be AI in the session, and I can see their dots on the map but when they pass me I don't actually see a car go past. When in the garage I can spectate the AI cars as usual in the monitor.

This is the same for me on all series and all tracks.

In qualifying and the race the AI cars are there. I've spent a lot of time in practice now and never seen an AI car so i'm fairly sure i'm not just missing them!

Has anyone else come across this?

I'm running full settings, 10 AI cars. I have the visible cars option in graphics set to 10 also.

Thanks! It worked. Also it works for replays. If you have private practice on in race settings then in every replay of any race you had you wont see AI.

LOL...a feature! Not sure why it's needed when you can just drop AI to zero...but thanks for the solution!

maybe AI cars can help you with rubber build up, even
when you're not seeing them driving around the track.

maybe some people want to know if they are doing good times (compared to AI) when practising for a race, but don't want to be hindered on track.
