Well it would be pretty easy to create a huge long thing you all have to accept before purchase so that we could refuse to offer refunds, like some others do, but we haven't even discussed that as that's not who we are... I think just providing you with a brutally honest list of what a beta is will suffice. If someone is that annoyed then they should just ask for a refund.

It was the best honest way, to say "we don´t need your money for nothing". I think it was the best appreciated reaction for some people. Now thats should be ok and enough. No more reason to whining, I hope the kids still can wait for some while, until you guys can do the last work for the beta.

Excellent. So I don't have to blame myself when I stuff up, I can just say " there's that catastrophic bug again"

hehe, yeah. Although there are some very good FFE mods now which make it playable and fairly stable. And that's really a good point... FFE was a beta, released as a final product.
