Will modding tools be provided for free?
Will updates for modding tools will be for free?
Will new modding tools released in future) be for free?

To cover all possibilities, and avoid further answer like "I didn't say that":
Is it in under consideration that modding tools will be charged in any way now or in future?
Please describe bussines model related to modding tools releases
