We are shutting off the Official ISI rFactor 2 race servers within the next few days. Our intention is to re-introduce them in the future when they can be used more effectively and their usage...
All of them aren't U.S. based, except Scott/Michael Juliano.
You can view the page at http://isiforums.net/f/content.php/214-rFactor-2-gets-a-boost-as-ISI-announce-a-partnership-with-Luminis
Studio 397 can manage releases already.
(Chris is at Simracing Expo, so I said I would post this for him.)
September 16th, 2016, Image Space...
You've always required a commercial license to do that.
email@example.com if you wish to operate legally.
In terms of driving, it feels quite a lot different on track. The karting track was actually the reason it was signed though (I signed it before the IndyCar race was announced and run). Good...
Interesting suggestion. It is a band-aid, but one that should perhaps be an option.
AFAIK the lighting at night is some sort of DX limitation.
ROTTR only actually started using some DX12 functions with the recent patch, before that you often got a worse framerate if you selected DX12 than DX11.
But as he said required, none of those you...
USB port got fried? G25 has external power right? May want to check that socket for faults.
His mesh is a bit higher than most ISI tracks, I believe.
I use it for endurance races with AI. I don't ever have 24 hours free, and couldn't drive for 24 hours straight by myself anyway, but an hour or two a week, saving replay afterwards? No problem.
I don't think I got an email. Was this sorted out?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org as the message also tells you
Yes you should be able to connect, hell if you wanted to you could even connect via IP. Nothing to stop anyone connecting via IP, that +connect command line has been in for a long time now.
IMHO, it's easier than non-steam was.
Once you have launched steam and gone into offline mode, it always launches in offline mode until you change it back, so no - no internet connection would then be required for SP. You can even run...
Are you using a phone?
That's about the size of the core itself. Workshop doesn't have ANYTHING to do with core updates though, are you sure someone didn't update their track?
Check your firewall. Servers seem to be displaying and joining just fine...
Do you have the latest build in both steam and non-steam?
Try deleting the shaders and let them rebuild.
Most likely next week. Showstopper delayed it another week.
I just emailed but apparently it's just been fixed anyway. Sorry for the delay.
I think he's asking why he hasn't used the force car setup option?
That's some x-rated bare naked concrete right there.
If any seem to have poor AI, let them qualify first. They CAN get bound by a mixed grid and take a little too long to straighten out. Qualifying helps to get the faster guys at the pointy end.
You know all the concrete forming the buildings at Indy has wood texture from the framing and mould process? That must mean it's wood.
Same with anything they perceive as difficult really. HATED Grand Prix Legends for a while, because I sucked at it. :)
Didn't even think of that, but yes absolutely right to mention that as well.
Thanks. IMHO it would look tires sooner under similar conditions due to that.
We already moved it part by part from Indiana. ;)
lol, yes. When you already have a Michael and a Mike (and I think another Michael at one point), it's easier to call yourself Scott. :D
Brad Shuber = https://twitter.com/BShuber
To clear up the build notification: B1068 and later contain a correlation improvement for AI physics, so they can use more human like damping values. It's by no means a requirement for the car, but...
Neither one looked really wrong to me, they're different cars. AFAIK the Lotus 49 would be much lighter than even the Brabham? Both sims looked relatively right...
Rogue System is named Rogue System, and is being worked on by DCI, which is really one guy right now.

Both lower end teams didn't have adequate cooling. Pic coasted and saved brakes most of the race.
Yup. The MR01 actually couldn't make the race distance in Montreal that year going at race pace.
I figured it out after checking the admin logs. There was a post removed that questioned some things (based on the post title, unfortunately it was deleted from the database), and this is a direct...
Drivers will also need to take care of the brakes, as with all Formula One cars the MR01ís brake performance trails off over a full race distance at some circuits. An adapted...
No, Pro is actually 'older' source than rF2 and split from rF1. rF2 didn't split from Pro. The arrows on here are still correct:
I think it's honest to say that things could slow, but the sentence you quoted is a positive one. It's essentially saying that rF2's budget isn't just based on rF2 sales anymore, it might be based on...
Not much through USB, I'm trying to tweak it, can;t pass judgement on the phone yet.
No I think it would just work, but it sounds like you need to have three actual monitors for it to display...
Then either one car is lighter than the other, has a differing amount of grip in the tires, or from the track surface. Unless one sim has better or worse brakes. Both look pretty realistic to me,...
That looks normal to me... Is the brake balance the same? These are also AWFUL brakes, so it's less likely to be able to lock if the car weight is distributed evenly.
It's very similar to what most units have built in anyway. My Gear VR has this, and that's just coming from the phone. You can stream your screens to the device and essentially do this. Main thing is...
