Flickering

Hi all i have build 69 and the graphic is flickering: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/706/grab002hk.jpg/
my fps is good my pc is : quad core 2,4 ghz, nvdia geforce 9800 GT 512 mb, 4gb ram, win7
I try with HDR and without HDR but always i have the same problem
please help

If i delete the folder i have black screen when i start to play RFactor 2 with message: error creating default shaders and crash to the desktop:(

delete log folder instead. strange. some users had that and deleting shaders did not result in error. try the log.

I Run as an admin but i still have an error message:(

is not supposed give a error just by deleting log folder. reinstall the game over your installation
