Problem viewing icons mod virtual

Hello everyone.
I hope someone can help me understand and solve my problem.
I created a virtual Mod,I will insert three files in the rfm.mas, as :modnameicon.tga-modnamesmicon.dds-rfm,then I squeezed in mas.
Everything works, except smicon, that gives me this problem.

I also tried to change the file format,with no improvements.
I certainly have dropped a something,but I do not know what,I hope someone helps me.

- Click on search, type in 'smicon'

- Where you find the file needs to be in the format (8,8,8,8 ARGB 32bit 512x512)
